StudioTrackr Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy for studiotrackr.com and the StudioTrackr app
This policy covers StudioTrackr — the website at studiotrackr.com and the StudioTrackr web application. It sits alongside the Monument Apps Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights, our GDPR basis for processing, and California-specific disclosures. Where the two differ about StudioTrackr, this policy governs.
This policy is effective as of 10 August 2026.
What we collect
On the website
- Usage and device data. Pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, collected through analytics so we can understand what people find useful.
- Contact details you give us. Your email address, and any name or company you provide, when you join a waiting list, subscribe to updates, or contact us.
In the application
- Account information. Your name, email address, and account credentials or sign-in identity.
- Content you create. Studio projects, sessions, clients, notes, files, and other records you enter or upload.
- Billing information. Subscription status and transaction records. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.
- Product analytics. Which features are used and how, so we can improve the product.
- Crash, performance, and diagnostic data. Recorded when something goes wrong, so we can fix it.
Service providers
These third parties process personal information on StudioTrackr’s behalf:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics
- Amplitude — product analytics within the application
- MailChimp — mailing list and marketing email
- Vero — behavioral and transactional email
- Stripe — payment processing
- Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record
Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the information it receives. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Marketing email
If you subscribe to updates, we will email you about StudioTrackr. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using it or by writing to us. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional email such as receipts, security notices, or password resets, which are part of running your account.
Cookies
StudioTrackr uses cookies for essential functionality such as keeping you signed in, and for the analytics described above. See our Cookie Policy for detail, and note that your browser can be set to refuse them.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by writing to hello@monumentapps.com from the address on the account.
Records we are required to retain for tax, accounting, or other legal obligations — invoices and transaction records in particular — are kept for the period the relevant law requires, even after an account is deleted.
Children
StudioTrackr is a professional tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Your rights
Your rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — including under GDPR and California law — are set out in the Monument Apps Privacy Policy and apply to StudioTrackr in full.
Changes to this policy
StudioTrackr is still in development, and this policy will be updated as the product takes shape. If we change what it collects or who processes it, we will update this page and the date above.
